Sekhar Kammula on Veturi

Ram Charan's New Film With Sekhar Kammula Direction

Though it sounds strange it is real that Sekhar Kammula is expected to direct Ram Charan. It is strange because earlier Sekhar Kammula stated that he will not cast stars in his films since he cannot afford the budget. But later he has done a movie with Rana titled ‘Leader”.

Now according to the sources it is heard that Sekhar Kammula has approached Ram Charan who is busy in his shooting in Mumbai and discussed with Ram Charan about the script. Dose Mahesh still doing the Comedy?

Prince mahesh babu  urgently needs a very big hit in order to keep his image alive in the market where in his contemporary heroes are posing big competition. The long break of three years for ‘Khaleja’ turned futile and he was left with no alternative than to render a big hit at least to retain his fans who started spilling their anger from last few weeks for leaving them in exile without any tweets or updates about the next release ‘Dookudu.’

The biggest night mare for mahesh babu was Khaleja’s performance at BO which is mainly reasoned on one man Trivikram Srinivas paying the price trying the new image for Prince at that crucial juncture of three years break. While some confirm that Mahesh well dealt the hero character in Khaleja yet he is not that kind of hero like Venkateash who can pull the entire movie with lighter vein comedy. No regrets to say that Srinu Vytla is also the same genre of director like Trivikram who relies more on comedy and satires than concentrating on other commercial elements, the formula which lost its shine with ‘Namo Venkatesha.’

‘Dookudu’ of Srinu Vytla with Mahesh will be again a testing phase to know, how long will Prince take it to enter his natural groove? Is Mahesh still doing the comedy or Srinu Vytla trying anything different? Mahesh alone can answer…!

Chiranjeevi Gives Grand Hit: Astrology verdict

True or not, the role played by astrology has always been vital for many celebrities and their fans. Right now, the focus is on megastar Chiranjeevi and his comeback film which is also his 150th venture. As per the calculations made by few noted astrologers, here is a look at their predictions.

They say that if Chiru manages to come up with a film by the year 2011, then the chances of the film scoring a super hit is very high. However, they maintain that the success will happen only if it releases in 2011. As per Chiru’s original plan, he is intending to do the same.

Now, the other version is that if the film goes to 2012 then the chances are strong that it will be scoring a flop. So far, no formal announcements have been made on the project except that it will commence in February. Only time will tell whether the astrologers were right or not.

Balayya to become Auto Nagar Surya

‘Prasthanam’ is a powerful movie with extra ordinary screen play that attracted the attention of star heroes in the industry. With in no time, script writer, director, dialogue writer Deva Katta’s name started associating with very big heroes and the first cum best is with balakrishna.

Already Shivalenka Krishna Prasad and Bellamkonda are known to have heard a story narrated by Deva Katta and are very much convinced, as this entire story revolves around Vijayawada Rowdy Politics. To compete with Ramgopal Varma’s ‘Bezawada Rowdeelu,’ Deva Katta has announced his working title of movie as ‘Auto Nagar Surya.’

Keeping in mind the reason for failure of ‘Prasthanam’ at BO being the absence of big hero names associated with his project, Deva Katta doesn’t want to repeat the same mistake and if everything goes right balakrishna may play the title role of ‘Auto Nagar Surya.’ Wish that Deva Katta get the big break he is waiting so far.

Sexy heroine still in touch with Nag

anitha uraf Natasha for Bollywood is well known for our Telugu audience with movies like ‘Nuvvu Nenu’ of Uday Kiran and ‘Ninne Ishtapaddaanu’ of Tarun. Though she disappeared from South industry for the sake of Balaji Telefilms of Ekta Kapoor, hero Nagarjuan seems to be in continuous touch with her trying to bring her back.
Not many years ago we have seen anitha dancing in item number besides Nagarjuna in ‘Boss’ and yesterday we have seen this sexy glam doll again in ‘Ragada’ doing an useless role of a Bank employee. It looks as if anitha had good rapport with Nagarjuna and that why accepting his offers. Who knows, Nagarjuna may still give her a chance in coming movies as a heroine. Better keep in touch Natasha darling!

Sharwanand to work in the direction of Murugadoss

Sharwanand’s two films 'Prasthanam' and 'Andari Banduvaya' released this year were not great performers at the Box office, but won accolades from critics. His performance in both the films was appreciated. Also, the film 'Prasthanam' directed by Deva Katta was selected for Indian Panorama section in the 41st International Film Festival of India held recently in Goa.

Sources now say that talented director Murugadoss got impressed with Sharwanand’s performance and signed a film with him that will be made in Tamil. It will be later dubbed into Telugu. It is learned that the director is now engaged in writing the script which is expected to go on floors shortly.

The film will be produced jointly by Murugadoss and 20thcentury Fox.

Murugadoss directed super hit films like ‘Ghajini’, ‘Stalin’ and was also writer for Megastar’s blockbuster 'Tagore'.

Prince Mahesh Ready to Work with RGV?

This is going to be a big news for movie buffs. One of the rarest combinations is likely to happen soon. The buzz is that Prince Mahesh recently expressed his willingness to work under the direction of maverick director Ram Gopal Varma.

Ram Gopal Varma recently announced his future project - 'Rajakeeyam'. Sources say that Prince Mahesh is quite interested to work for this film. Though nothing has come out officially regarding this film, the news is now circulating heavily in the internet.

We have to wait and see if the Prince and ace director get together for a mighty project.

Surya Ready to do a film with Ram Gopal Varma Again

Despite the debacle of ‘Rakht Charitra 2’, Surya is ready to do another film with Ram Gopal Varma.

Surya Sivakumar believed that acting under the direction of ace director like Ram Gopal Varma would be the best way to debut in Bollywood. But their film ‘Rakht Charitra’ (Hindi Version) was a disaster at the box office.

The film, which was made in two parts, had Surya only in the second part. But, even the second part (Rakht Charitra II) received a negative talk and sank at the box office.  With that Surya’s dream to make a successful entry into Bollywood has not been fulfilled. He could only introduce himself to Bollywood with a flop.

Despite the failure of the film, Surya is ready to do another film with Ram Gopal Varma. One of the main reasons is that his action in the film was highly appreciated by critics all over the country. Bollywood critics opinioned that except Surya’s performance, the film (Rakht Charitra II) had noting interesting nor had anything worth talking. They had also showered praises on Surya saying that it would be better if he does more Bollywood films. Hence, Surya expressed his willingness to work again under RGV who could extract wonderful acting from him.

Besides Tamil Cinema, Surya now has equal craze in Tollywood. A film with him is sure to make good business in both the markets. So, Ram Gopal Varma is planning to make the film ‘Business Man’ with Surya under the direction of Puri Jagannath.

And as of now, if Surya would act in the direction of RGV is not clear but working in his production seems to be sure.

Pawan Kalyan in Prince Mahesh’s Film?

In the past, we had seen Mahesh Babu giving voiceover to Pawan Kalyan’s block buster ‘Jalsa.’ Recently, we saw the top-rated stars getting together and taking active part in resolving issues being faced by the Telugu Film Industry.

Now the latest buzz is that Pawan Kalyan is being considered for that role and film makers are said to have approached him in this regard. This remake will be directed by Meher Ramesh and produced by R.R.Movie Makers. It is going to be a high budget flick.

Anushka in Kamal Haasan’s Next Film

Srinu Vytla to direct Dhee Sequel?

If sources are to be believed, director Srinu Vytla is planning for a sequel to his full-fledged comedy entertainer film, Dhee. The film gave a good break to Manchu Vishnu as a hero and it remained as an all-time hit for Genelia and Srinu Vytla. Tollywood is at buzz that Srinu Vytla is giving the final touches to the script. Sources also inform that the film will be titled as ‘Dhee Ready’ with a tagline ‘Be Ready’

On the other hand, Vytla is busy in the direction of Dhookudu with Prince Mahesh and gorgeous Samantha in the lead roles. Srinu Vytla might immediately startup Dhee sequel as soon as Dhookudu hits the screens.

Well, let’s wait for the official confirmation from the director.

Rakta Charitra in two parts, why?

Watching films endlessly is the only training he has had in his life. A God to many educated urban youth who had the guts to leave solid professional careers to venture into the unknown filmdom. He is a man of few words and seldom does one find him entangled in controversies. The film maker who needs no introduction Ram Gopal Varma(RGV) A ONCE passionate film maker now an Entrepreneur with heaving business outlook.

“Movie is not just a passion but a COMMODITY” which RGV has learnt out of his career over two decades. A guy who once strongly believed that the hero in a movie is the STORY/SCRIPT is now sadly banking on the CONTROVERSY/MEDIA to help him make/sell movies

RGV’s hottest 1 in 5 show Rakta Charitra(RC1in Telugu & Hindi, RC2  in Telugu, Hindi & Tamil) has raised a new focus for debate, “Why can’t RC be made as one part?” The day he has announced RC, is around his mark “Controversy” the world where he can be alive without Cinema.

Why can’t RC be made as one part?

It can be, and would have been the best. The real life feud between Paritala Ravi & Gangula Surya Narayana Reddy(Suri) got enough media attention, a film maker like RGV with too much acquaintance on making money out of Controversy was influenced by the entrepreneur in RGV to overlook the filmmaker in him.

RC has its own BUSINESS credits just like the earlier Ramu’s films

Ø      Best scripting

Ø      Ultimate Promotion

Ø      Sharp Camera angles

Ø      Intense emotions in the characters

Ø      Next generation technology

Ø      Efficient Crew

Ø      Sensible Budget

Ø      Superlative Controversies

RC has a bonus, extreme Controversies & media attention. This made Ramu to choose to give the producer an additional benefit at the cost of his Credibility which he never cares about, and lead him to make it 2 average flicks instead of 1 Best.

He was always a production friendly from his maiden venture SHIVA to RC, Where RC has got a little friendlier. The one who always claim that he is self-centered and does not be bothered about anything other than himself, is very much concerned about his producer at the cost of his credibility.

It’s akin to a Die-hard communist becoming a Capitalist

There are still so many people out there in the world who still believe in RGV’s talent and optimistically go to watch his movies, but unless he doesn’t consciously and quickly reset himself back to his SHIVA period and change his approach, unfortunately he has to jump into his Aag.

Samantha and Sameera, Gautham’s Erra Gulabeelu

Way2Movies has earlier informed that Samantha Prabhu and Sameera Reddy has been roped in for Gautham Menon’s next film. The movie is now titled as ‘Erra Gulabeelu’ and is said to be made as a true thriller with neither songs nor any commercial elements in the film.

Erra Gulabeelu is being simultaneously picturised along with the Tamil version. Telugu version of the film is being produced by Ashok Vallabhaneni under Mana Desam movies banner. Manoj Paramahamsa is handling the cinematography. Gautham Menon has earlier given hits for both the leading ladies, ‘Surya S/o Krishnan’ for Sameera and ‘Ye Maya Chesave’ for Samantha.
Hope the history repeats with this film too.

Kodi Ramakrishna teams up with Balakrishna

Well known South Indian director Kodi Ramakrishna has teamed up with veteran Telugu actor Balakrishna for his forthcoming Tollywood film. According to the reports circulating in the media, the filmmaker recently held a press meet in Hyderabad to announce to the media that he had roped in the senior Tollywood actor Nathasimham Balakrishna for his next onscreen venture.
This is not the first time that the director-actor duo has come together for a big screen venture in Tollywood. Ramakrishna and Balakrishna have associated in producing some of the most popular films in Telugu namely, Muddula Krishnaiah, Muvva Gopaludu, Mangamma Gari Manavadu, Muddula Menalludu and Muddula Mavaiah. Therefore, quite naturally the audience and the critics of Telugu cinema are eagerly awaiting the release of the yet-to-be titled upcoming venture.

The shooting for the film has not started yet. In the press meet, the director said that he will begin shooting with Balakrishna once he completes work on his films Parama Veera Chakra and Rama Rajyam. Therefore, it can safely be said that the film will not go on floors till the end of January next year.

While his film with actor Balakrishna is the most awaited film from Ramakrishna in 2011, the ace director is also planning to start work on a children’s film for which he has also rounded up on the title of Uncle Anjaneya Swami. Tollywood has seen a number of good films this year and it looks like that the next year too will be good for the industry.

Anaganaga O Dheerudu Movie New Poster

Is ‘3 Idiots’ going Surya’s way?

It is being said that the remake of Hindi block buster 3 Idiots had been called off for various reasons. Mahesh Babu was supposed to do the Telugu version, while Vijay was supposed to the Tamil one. As the film’s launch got delayed both the actors have allocated their dates to different movies. As a result, it seems that director Shankar is considering Surya to do the key role, most likely in both languages!

Surya’s performance in Rakta Charitra 2 appealed to audiences of Telugu, Tamil and Hindi language films. It seems the filmmakers are trying to get Surya into this movie as he is now accepted in both Tamil and Telugu. Surya has also tried ‘different’ roles already and he will fit into the role of the protagonist into the movie quite easily.

Review

Story

Set on the backdrop of Europe, the story starts with Nisha (Trisha), a noted actress who breaks up with her boyfriend Madangopal (Madhavan) after getting engaged and comes to Europe along with her friend Deepa (Sangeetha) and her kids.

Apparently, Madan suspects Nisha of having affairs and since he wants to prove a point, he hires Major Bhushan (Kamal) to spy on Nisha and provide evidence so that he can come clean. Bhushan has his own commitments in the form of his friend’s (Ramesh Aravind) chemotherapy and hence keen on earning money by any means.

What starts as a tale of detective work takes a different turn for Bhushan and connects him with his heart and also his past. What are those twists forms the rest of the story.

Artists Performance:

This is a nothing role for Kamal Haasan and his caliber. Though there was a scene or two where he got the chance to show his mettle, overall it was just a cake walk. He looks reasonably trim in this.

Trisha has increased her oomph and though she still has that cute looks, age is catching up with her and it is visible on her face. Performance wise, she was elegant and scored the brownie points.

Madhavan was effective but then his character was not etched that strongly so there were fluctuations in his performance.

Sangeetha did her bit as required and looked voluptuously attractive in few scenes. The dubbing of anchor Jhansi worked well for Sangeetha.

Ramesh Aravind was alright, Urvashi was crying all the time, Das and Manju Pillai did their bit as required, Oviya was brief, Caroline looked beautiful, Usha Uthup was a surprise, the child artistes were okay, Suriya with his song was a pleasure to watch.

Highlights:

* Screenplay during the first half, reminded a bit of Gautham Menon
* Rich locations and impressive camerawork in catching them on the lens
* Kamal’s flashback song in a rewind mode was variety

Disappointments:

* Hardly anything for Kamal Haasan to show his real prowess in performance
* Complete disjoint between the first half and second half in terms of feel Silly comedy
* No trace of Ravi Kumar’s commercial elements
* Last thirty minutes brought dead silence among the audience, this was out of confusion

Final Analysis:

Given the title, the expectations were that it would be a flossy romantic entertainer with its own share of comedy and entertainment. However, the film takes off as a rather serious love story filled with sentiments, intensity and depth. With little humorous narration, the film runs smooth till interval.

But then, it turns into a total reverse with the second half getting into silly comedy and unwanted sequences on the lines of ‘Pellam Oorellite’ etc, with confusion in character lines. At one point, the total film looks silly and there is absolutely no life in the climax. The saving grace to the film is the technical values, the star power and two decent songs.

At the box office, there is nothing for the masses and the classes will like the first half and leave by second half. This will be thumbs down at the box office.

Story

Satya (Nagarjuna) is basically from Kadapa and he arrives in Hyderabad with a mission of earning mafia money. He joins the local don and does an efficient work. Sirisha (Anushka) who is a fiancee of local don likes Satya a lot. Meanwhile, Ashta Lakshmi (Priyamani) comes from nowhere along with her family and forces Satya to help them. As Sirisha and Ashta Lakshmi vie for the attention of Satya, he looks out for more money making opportunities. The rest of the story is all about the motive for the characters of Satya, Sirisha and Ashta Lakshmi.

Artists Performance:

I would sound repetitive if I say Nagarjuna is gorgeous in this movie as he has been the same for the past one decade. Hence I skip the looks part. Nagarjuna added Rayalaseema words in his dialogue delivery and it adds good flavor. Fights are designed in this movie to suit the style of Nagarjuna. Anushka is glittering with sensuousness in this movie and she has put a bit of weight compared to Arundhati time. Her broad hips were effectively showcased in the songs (especially Okkadante Okkade and Meesamunna Manmadhuda). Priyamani did the role of a traditional Brahmin girl. Charmme sizzled in the title song. Brahmanandam did a full-length character as the guy who loves heroine. He is entertaining. Dev Gill, Kota Srinivasa Rao and Supreet are good. Dharmavarapu and master Bharat are entertaining in ‘english-teluguu-translation’ episode.

Technical Departments:

Ragada has an ordinary revenge story with a couple of twists. Veeru Potla who made his debut as director with an entertainer like Bindaas made sure that there is ample entertainment in this script as well. The screenplay is good in second half where a couple of unexpected twists are revealed. Direction of the movie is okay in the parts. The entire first half of the movie doesn’t have much of a story. The second half is stuffed with the story in which the motive of the lead characters is revealed.

Music by Thaman is good. Thanks to aggressive promotion by FM radio channels, I got familiar with first four songs of the film and enjoyed watching them with good visuals. Cinematography by Sarvesh Murari is of top notch quality. Enough recognition should be given to color grading and visual effects. Dialogues by Veeru Potla are a plus. Editing by Marthand K Venkatesh is smooth. Fights composed by Vijay are stylish. AS Prakash’s art direction is neat. The production values by Kamakshi banner and post production quality are excellent.

Highlights:

* Nagarjuna’s style and looks
* Glamour quotient of the leading ladies
* Opening fight sequence of Nag
* Rich presentation of songs

Drawbacks:

* Second half slows down and there is a drag
* Unwanted inclusion of songs
* Abrupt jerks in editing
* No depth in the character etching of villains

Final Analysis:

First half of the movie adequate. Second half is stuffed with the content and a couple of interesting twists. The plus points of the movie are main leads (Nagarjuna, Anushka and Priyamani) and stylish taking. However, it has become highly formulaic for heroes to join mafia with a personal agenda in most of the mass movies. There are too many villains in the movie and the connection among them is little confusing. We have to wait and see how audiences will lap the Ragada up

Everyone knows that Ram Gopal Varma's upcoming Bejawada Rowdylu is shrouded in secrecy. Though RGV is mum about the cast and plot, we know that the movie is based on the gangsters in Vijayawada, where RGV spent his engineering college days. The title song of Bejawada Rowdylu is already out and RGV recently gave a link from his Twitter page, which showed an animated kid dancing to the song.

RGV sent shivers down the spine of viewers when he showed the bloody politics of Rayalaseema region in Rakht Charitra. Sources reveal that Bejawada Rowdylu too will be blatant in showing the dark side of Vijayawada. The movie, even before taking shape, is drawing criticism from Vijayawada-based politicians, who allege RGV to be an irresponsible man who makes profits by showing violence on screen.

Tangled (2010) Movie Review

Category: Children & Family
Runtime: 0 min.
MPAA Rating: NR

Synopsis:
"Disney's animators take on the story of Rapunzel (Mandy Moore), a long-tressed beauty imprisoned in a tower until a rakish bandit (Zachary Levi) aids in her escape. Romance blooms between the unlikely pair as they flee her evil captors, Darker the Warlock (Kevin Michael Richardson) and Madame Gothel (Grey DeLisle). The film, which also features the voices of John Goodman and David Schwimmer, marks Disney's return to the classic fairy tale."

"just ok"
"ok i didnt know its repunzal...i hadnt seen the promos and i was expecting something really nice and new like most of the animated movies...which are great to watch...but watching it than was kinda boring coz i already knew the whole story...but i cant stop myself from appreciating the humour in it...that ass..and the guy were both hilarious..."

"The horse....only the horse"
"This movie was surprisingly pretty good. When I saw the trailer I really was not that interested and I wasn't even sure if I really liked the voice over choice. But I decided to give it a chance. I am glad I did, because I did enjoy the film. There were a few things that set me off a bit though. One is that you can watch it in 3D, yet the movie wasn't really made for it. I can only really remember a couple parts that really used the 3D effect. The other thing was the music. Alan Meken did the score for the movie. He also did the score for the Little Mermaid. So this movie seriously felt like I was watching the Little Mermaid every time someone would sing. It was like he took sound clips and words from that movie and put it in this movie. For the most part, the animation was decent and fun, but not amazing. The voice over cast really did fit with the characters. Zachary Levi did fit his character and I thought he wouldn't. Mandy Moore did a great job as her character. They managed to put a little lizard and a horse in the film for fun characters to watch and enjoy and I am glad they did. I really did enjoy the horse. That character had me laughing a lot. So overall, it was not the best, but it was a fun movie to watch."

"Tangled is the classic story of Rapunzel with the Disney twist!"
"Being from the age of Beauty and the beast and the Lion King, I would be hard pressed to say that I didn't miss the old style of animation that is considered classic Disney. With that being said, Disney has proven once again that you can teach an old dog new tricks. Tangled, presented in CGI animation was visually stunning. There were times when I had to strain to make certain that the backgrounds were in fact animation and not the forests of a real place. The colors were vivid and clear. The cast was delightful and the songs were beautiful, though it lacked the sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat toe-tapping number to throw the scores over the edge. Tangled, while sporting the romance featured in all Disney classics, did not focus solely on the love between Rapunzel and Flynn, but also the love of family and the strenght of hope. The supporting cast was laugh-out-loud funny and the villian was convincingly 'good' for the better part of the movie. In true Disney style, it captivated and delighted the audience from the opening scene to the happily ever after. Definately a must see for the entire family!"

Review

Story

A rich man (Sarath Babu) in a village has five daughters and he lives in a palatial mansion.     His elder daughter Gayatri (Kamlinee Mukherjee) - a danseuse wins a priced possession of portrait that is 100 year old. It is a portrait of Chandramukhi who is supposed to have worked as a dancer in a king durbar. Things start go wrong in the house for five young women after their sister brings home the potrait. The elder one dies in an accident, the prospective grooms who were supposed to marry the younger daughters keep rejecting them. Horrified by the bad omens, the rich man invites an psychic to find out what went wrong. The psychic suggest a psychiatrist Vijay (Venkatesh). Venkatesh stays in rich man’s house to study the case. He also realises that things are going bad after Gayatri got Chandramukhi portrait to rich man’s house. The rest of the story is all about how Dr. Vijay solves the case.

Artists Performance

Venkatesh: Venkatesh donned two roles and three different get-ups in this movie. You can see Venkatesh trying Rajnikant’s body language in a few scenes. He is good as a decent looking psychiatrist, he is nice as a king with negative streaks and he isn’t right for the surprise character that comes towards the end of the movie. The make-up and styling for that character is far away from our nativity. It is more like an aged Japanese warrior we see in films (Uma Thurman’s martial arts guru in Kill Bill or the aged king in Akira Kurosawa’s Ran). However, Venkatesh should be appreciated for doing this film in which he didn’t have a duet though there are many leading ladies.

Other characters: Though there are six heroines in the film, there is not much footage for any heroine in this movie. Anushka is good in the brief role that comes in the second half. Kamanilee Mukherjee is exceptionally good. Richa Gangopadhyay plays a vital role and she does justice. Shraddha Das plays a full length character and she is very good and different from what we have seen in her earlier movies. Poonam Kuar and Sujitha plays small characters. Brahmanandam is ineffective as the characterization done for him is stale. Dharmavarapu Subramanyam’s character pales in comparison with Vadivelu character in Chandramukhi. Avinash is very good as psychic. Sarath Babu, Prabha, Sana and Raksha are adequate.

Technical departments

Story - screenplay - direction: The basic story is an extension of Chandramukhi film and the writer made sure that there is a nice connection between Chandramukhi and Nagavalli. By keeping Chandramukhi as absolute reference, the director didn’t try to have freshness in the movie as he opted for scenes, characterizations and situations from Chandramukhi film. The entire first half of the film has very little story. Hence the scenes have become redundant and narration become snail-paced. However, the director brought interesting elements in the second half, but couldn’t get the much needed climax right. There is no justification for the 30-feet snake (if it's real or just a paradox).

Other departments: Songs scored by Guru Charan are average. Background music is adequate. Cinematography by Shyam K Naidu is good. However, there is no color-consistency and uniform texture to the movie. Dialogues by Paruchuri are okay, but were not used properly in the movie. Art direction by Chinna is neat. Styling by Rama Rajamouli is good if you excuse out-of-nativity styling for surprise character donned by Venkatesh. Producer Bellamkonda Suresh mounted the movie on a rich scale.

Analysis: First half of the movie is okay though there is not much of a story. Second half starts off on an interesting note and is good till the pre-climax episode. The climax could have been handled better. The plus points of the film are Venkatesh and Chandramukhi’s premise. On the flip side, a better screenplay and an exciting climax would have helped the movie. We have to wait and see how the crowds respond to this sequel to Chandramukhi..
